The Sitelab suite includes three screens which provide the full spectrum of observation options. In a standard configuration the large screen shows what the user is doing. The two smaller screens provide a view of the user’s behaviour as they interact with your project.

We provide access to our fast internet connection so that you can access your systems throughout the duration of your testing.

State-of-the-art (Morae) software

Morae is the gold standard in usability and market research. Morae gives you the ability to set up, record, observe, and analyze usability studies, focus groups, field research, and product testing. You and others can watch the study or interaction remotely, take notes, and then analyze results to instantly share your insights with others.

3x High Definition (1080p) video feeds from the observation room

We have invested heavily in our facility, using dedicated professional HDMI connections to ensure that we can deliver a High Definition experience. This really makes a difference when it comes to seeing what your tester’s are doing.

Magnetic walls for holding project notes

Our walls aren’t actually magnetic, but the paint is. This clever little idea turns the walls of the observation room into your brainstorming area. You can stick (with powerful little magnets) your notes, project goals and anything paper-based to the walls.

Networked PC

The room includes a networked PC which provides full access to the internet, Microsoft Office suite and other facilities.

Mobile testing

Sitelab includes the ability to test digital projects on mobile devices. We have special mobile rigs which support cameras which view all the action on a mobile phone.
